AppVero SDK License

This license covers the AppVero software development kits and their wrappers for Android, iOS,
React Native, Flutter and the web (the "SDK"). By including the SDK in an application you accept
these terms.

1. License. AppVero grants you a free, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use
   the SDK, and to reproduce and distribute it unmodified as part of your own applications, solely
   to use the AppVero service.

2. Restrictions. You may not:
   a. sell, rent, sublicense or distribute the SDK on its own, other than as part of your
      application;
   b. modify, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the SDK, except to the extent applicable
      law expressly permits it despite this restriction;
   c. use the SDK, or knowledge gained from it, to build a competing product or service;
   d. remove or alter any copyright or license notice in the SDK.

3. Data. The SDK sends data from your application to the AppVero service, as described in its
   documentation. You are responsible for disclosing this to your users and for obtaining any
   consent that applicable law or app store policies (including Google Play's Data safety section
   and Apple's App Privacy details) require.

4. Ownership. AppVero keeps all right, title and interest in the SDK. No rights are granted except
   those expressly stated in this license.

5. Termination. This license ends automatically if you breach it, or when your use of the AppVero
   service ends. You must then stop distributing new versions of your application that include the
   SDK.

6. No warranty. THE SDK IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,
   INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND
   NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7. Limitation of liability. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, APPVERO IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT,
   INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE OR DATA,
   ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SDK.

8. Other agreements. If you have a separate written agreement with AppVero for the AppVero
   service, that agreement prevails over this license where they conflict.
